We are looking for a Full time Chef/Cook for newest Pantry café & Restaurant in Blackpool Shopping Centre, Cork
No late nights, no split shifts. Daytime hours:
Candidates will need to have experience in a similar role
Successful candidates will;
Be hard working, flexible and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team led environment.
Have excellent communication skills, efficient in controlling stock and minimizing wastage.
Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen and have excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Plan food preparation and have thorough knowledge of all aspects of the operations of a busy restaurant kitchen.
Be enthusiastic, with a passion and flair for cooking and presentation.
Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
