The Role
We are looking for a motivated Semi-Senior or Part-Qualified Accountant with previous experience in an accountancy practice to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, gaining valuable exposure across a wide range of industries while continuing to build their technical expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparation of management accounts
- Preparation and review of VAT returns
- Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
- Assisting clients with accounting, taxation and compliance queries
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Working to deadlines and managing multiple assignments
- Liaising directly with clients to obtain information and resolve queries
- Assisting with the training and support of junior team members
- Using accounting software and cloud-based accounting systems
Requirements
- Previous accountancy practice experience is essential
- Qualified Accounting Technician or part-qualified ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation and compliance requirements
- Experience using accounting software packages and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Professional approach and excellent client service skills
