Salary: €39,100 - €56,349 FTE, plus evening, weekend and sleepover premiums
Prosper Fingal is recruiting two CORU-registered Social Care Workers to join our residential team in Rush.
These roles would suit Social Care Workers who enjoy residential work, want substantial full-time hours and would like the opportunity to gain further experience within an established disability service. The positions are available immediately.
Working as part of the residential team, you will support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to:

Live as independently as possible within their home.

Make choices and work towards their personal goals.

Participate in their local community.

Develop everyday living and social skills.

Enjoy meaningful relationships, activities and experiences.
You will also contribute to personal planning, maintain appropriate records and help ensure that supports are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and Prosper's values.
The roster includes evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
- Sleepover 11:00am - 11:00am (24-hour shift)

Day Shifts (Mon-Fri) 8:00am - 8:00pm

Weekend & Bank Holiday Day Shifts: 10:00am - 8:00pm
Applicants must:

Be registered with CORU as a Social Care Worker.

Hold a qualification meeting CORU's registration requirements.

Hold a full, clean manual driving licence.

Be available to work the residential roster, including evenings, weekends and sleepovers.

Previous residential or intellectual disability experience is desirable, but not essential.
