Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Close to Co. Leitrim/Longford Border areas
Salary: €55,000-€68,000+ NEG. depending on experience
Job Summary:
· Manage project costs from contract award through to final account
· Monitor budgets, costs, and overall project performance
· Identify risks and support commercial recovery where required
· Raise and agree subcontract packages
· Work closely with design and operations teams
· Assist in the preparation of monthly cost/value reporting
Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
5+ years’ experience
Strong commercial awareness & communication skills
Experience dealing with variations and design changes
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
Pay: €55,000.00-€68,000.00 per year
