The Role:
This role involves liaising with homeowners and tradespeople to process and finalise SEAI grant claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with homeowners' queries throughout the SEAI grant process.
- Explaining grant eligibility and requirements.
- Gathering required documentation.
- Submitting and processing grant applications on behalf of homeowners.
- Coordinating with the SEAI to process and finalise grant claims.
- Maintaining accurate records using company internal systems.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of retrofitting or construction is advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in coordination or administrative roles preferred.
- Ability to manage high volumes of communication efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional approach when handling customer queries.
