Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Setting and operation of CNC machines, wheel dressing machines and other related equipment to, ensure high levels of productivity throughout the shift.
- Inspection of products at determined intervals to ensure conformance to manufacturing, quality, ISO and customer requirements.
- Conducting basic operator maintenance as appropriate and within the individual’s capability.
- Follow all specified operating procedures, set up sheets, special instructions and good manufacturing practices to produce high quality product
- Other duties as specified by supervisor or manager.
General areas of responsibility:
- To be responsible for maintaining and complying with Company Health and Safety standards.
- To at all times promote a good image of the Company
- Read Company rules and procedures and notices displayed by the Company
- Report promptly any defective equipment, hazardous situations or dangerous occurrences immediately to your line manager
