The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support, assisting service users to maintain independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. You will work as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
Provide day-to-day care and support to service users
Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and mobility
Support individuals to maintain independence and participate in community activities
Follow individual care plans and support strategies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in support work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: €35,788 per annum (39 hours per week)
