An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join Richard Austin Alloys ( Ireland ) Ltd. as a Customer Service / Sales Executive.
Our company, Richard Austin Alloys Ltd, are the Uk and Ireland's largest privately owned independent Aluminium and Stainless Steel stockholder with an annual turnover in excess of €200 million.
We are now looking to recruit an eager, intelligent individual who is looking to develop their career and learn all aspects of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to start at entry level within this growing organisation. There is an opportunity for the right person to progress into more responsible roles within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Efficiently dealing with incoming telephone and website enquiries.
· Following the company lead process to ensure each lead is processed correctly.
· Manage daily sales tasks
· Communicating with customers by phone, e-mail and face to face
· Sales development
· Relationship building with both customers and suppliers
· Full training in all aspects of the business will be provided.
The successful candidate will be:
· Computer literate with excellent computer skills
· Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
· Reliable and possess an excellent work ethic
· Target focussed, you enjoy working under pressure with a desire to win.
· Smart appearance with good time keeping
