We are seeking an experienced maintenance assistant to help to coordinate tracking, and delivering maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
Job Summary
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, installation, and improvement tasks across the facility supporting the maintenance managers. This role supports day-to-day machinery upkeep as well as ad hoc projects assigned by management to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Ideal Person:
- Proven experience in industrial or facility maintenance (2+ years preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical experience is a plus.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment .
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position; may require occasional overtime, weekend, or on-call work depending on operational needs.
- Hands-on role in a manufacturing or facility setting, involving physical tasks and interaction with machinery.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
