We are looking for a full time brunch and lunch chef for our cafe in Portlaoise.
This position will involve food preparation for brunch dishes, salads, sandwiches and fresh soups.
You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. You will need to work well as part of a team, be dependable and reliable and be available for weekends. There is extra pay for working Sundays. You must be familiar with HACCP and preferably hold at least level 1 HACCP certification.
The ideal candidate must have a passion and flair for cooking and presentation, excellent communication skills, good time management skills and be fluent in English
