Job Summary
- Supervise all plumbers and apprentices during construction
- Supervise sub-contractors during construction
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures
- Inspecting and performing quality assurance on all work
- Ensure all plumbing works are up to current regulations
- Monitor and report on progress, damages and constraints on site
- Monitor materials stock levels on site
- Manage material call off and delivery to site
- Managing safety procedures and paperwork on site
- Attendance at safety, co-ordination and progress meetings on site
- Assist specialist sub-contractors during commissioning and demonstrations
- Monitor and retain as-built information for O&M’s
- Experience in PM software platforms preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
Requirements / Skills
- Time served as Plumber with qualified trade plumbing craft certificate.
- High-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial & commercial environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative & have pride in their work.
- Experience in an industrial/commercial environment
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of H&S statutory requirements, responsibilities and obligations.
- Good communication skills essential.

- First Aid training preferred but not essential
