Due to continued growth within FJS Plant, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Naas as a Parts Counter Representative. We are hiring for both a Junior and Senior role, so whether you are starting out in the industry or already bring experience, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in supporting our customers and internal teams with parts sales, stock control, and excellent service. You’ll be working in a busy, fast-paced environment with plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct replacement parts.
- Support inventory control and stock management.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure timely parts supply.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic sales knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with inventory systems is an advantage, but not essential.

Pay: €27,046.03-€40,162.87 per year
