At The K Club we are currently seeking a dedicated and attentive Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the team at The K Club.

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
Ensure The K Club's service standards are consistently delivered across all F&B outlets.
Follow up on guest comments, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Ensure accurate billing and processing through resort systems.
Assist with recruitment, training, and development of all F&B personnel.
Maintain high team morale through motivation, coaching, and recognition.
Ensure all staff adhere to uniform, grooming, and behavioural standards.
Manage grievances and disciplinary matters in conjunction with HR and the Director of F&B
Publish rosters in advance, aligned with business levels.
Ensure all departmental administration is accurate and completed on time.
Maintain full compliance with health & safety, fire procedures, and resort policies.
Communicate departmental performance, challenges, and opportunities to Senior Management.
Ensure full pass-overs between shifts and maintain a high standard of outlet readiness.
Attend all required meetings and ensure representation in your absence.
Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up until resolved.

Previous experience in a similar role, Resort experience is advantageous

Excellent leadership skills

Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the luxury market

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
