We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our food manufacturing operation. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily production , managing teams, driving efficiency, and continuos improvement across the production team.
The role:
Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Plan production schedules and coordinate raw material requirements.
Train, coach and develop production operatives.
Manage production performances issues and work closely with engineering to minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, HACCP and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' production supervisory experience within the food processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and production machinery.
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
