We are seeking a barista for coffee dock (Pulse Coffee) located in UPMC Kildare Hospital , Clane.
SMSC Management Services is a management company who constantly takes on new management contracts and is ever expanding into new spaces within hospitality. This role within the company will be open to lots of growth opportunities for an individual that would like enhance career path.
About the Candidate
- 3+ years experience as a barista
- Proven experience in professional cafe or coffee environment
- A wealth of knowledge about coffee process & customer requirement with coffee
- Be the ideal example to peers and be available to proactively train new recruits
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spoken, written and comprehension)
- Previous experience working in new businesses/start-ups is a plus
About the Role
- Required to work a mix of 5 days a week Mon-Fri based on business need
- Physical role, required to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment required
- Food / Snack handling a plus
