We are seeking an experienced and motivated Early Years Crèche Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of a new, purpose-built early years service in Dublin 20.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with strong ownership support, a committed staff team, and a real opportunity to influence quality, practice, and the ongoing development of the service.
The Role
- Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the service
- Ensuring compliance with Tusla Early Years Regulations, Aistear and Síolta
- Leading, supporting and supervising the staff team, including rosters, performance support, appraisals and professional development
- Managing compliance and administration across ECCE and the National Childcare Scheme (NCS)
- Building strong, professional relationships with parents and families
- Maintaining high standards of care, practice and environment
- Monitoring occupancy, staffing levels and operational requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Manager, or in a leadership role such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
- Strong working knowledge of Tusla, Aistear, Síolta, ECCE and NCS
- Confident leader with strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional, child‑centred and quality‑focused
