FRS Recruitment are working with a well-established business based near Dublin airport and are looking for experienced customer service professionals for a 3-4 month temporary contract.
This is a hybrid, full time position with a minimum of two days per week required to work on site, starting immediately.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre or office. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment, working towards individual and team SLA's. This role will require someone with excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy in their work. Proficient IT skills will also be essential for this role.
Working as part of a busy Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound customer related queries via phone and email your main duties will be:

Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers

Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.

Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely record-keeping.

Handle customer communications via email, responding promptly and following up as needed.

Process customer payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.

Update customer account details and personal information, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
