Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative – Dublin

We’re growing our team and looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to represent the brand and help introduce more customers to DropChef.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by performance, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to develop their sales and communication skills.
The Role
As a Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative, you will:
- Promote brand awareness and explain product benefits to potential customers
- Represent the company professionally in residential field sales
- Use branded materials and a confident, positive approach when engaging with customers
- Deliver an excellent customer experience that supports loyalty and retention
- Attend meetings, coaching sessions, and workshops to continuously improve your skills
- Work as part of a motivated and supportive sales team

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
- Available on a full-time equivalent basis, with a minimum of 4 full weekdays
- Comfortable working in a subcontracted, commission-based role
- Confident communicating in English
- Positive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Interested in sales, customer service, marketing, or business development
No previous sales experience is required. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-facing roles is a plus.
