Plúr Woodfired Pizza is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our growing team. We operate two locations in Naas and Clane, Co. Kildare, and the successful candidate must be flexible to work across both stores.
Salary
€16.00–€21.00 per hour
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview and in-house trial.

As Pizza Chef, you'll help to lead the kitchen team while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, stretch, and hand-shape pizza dough.
- Top and cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven.
- Operate and manage the wood-fired oven safely and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Follow HACCP procedures and all food safety standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
- Ensure consistency across all menu items.
- Contribute positively to a supportive, team-focused environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous pizza chef experience (essential).
- Experience working with a wood-fired oven.
- Experience hand stretching and shaping pizza dough.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- HACCP certification.
