Role based in Norway - Rotation plan available
Fohntech Group are looking for an experienced MEP Project Director for a client based in Norway.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all MEP systems on hyperscale data centre projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and client requirements are met.
Responsibilities:

Lead MEP delivery across design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover

Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors

Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, BMS/DCIM)

Ensure compliance with Nordic regulations and Tier III/IV standards
-
Drive programme, cost, and risk management

Lead commissioning and client handover
Requirements:
-
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
-
5+ years’ MEP experience on large-scale projects
-
Strong data centre or mission-critical experience
-
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:

Hyperscale client experience
-
Nordic project experience
-
LEED/BREEAM knowledge
