We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy. This role offers the opportunity to manage all dispensary operations while delivering excellent patient care and leading a dedicated pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the dispensary
· Ensure adherence to all pharmacy legislation, ethics, and PSI codes of practice
· Deliver outstanding customer service and medicines management
· Liaise with healthcare professionals and manage PCRS claims
· Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring operational excellence
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Pharmacist
· Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
· Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
· Business acumen with experience in stock and budget management
Pay: €61,761.35-€103,513.36 per year
