Night Owls Decorators prepares vacant apartments and houses for new tenants. We carry out deep cleaning, move-out reporting, and small maintenance-related support work to ensure each property is ready for handover.
We work across Dublin and currently service more than 300 properties.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner/driver to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a practical, fast-paced role for someone who is confident working both as part of a team and independently, and who is comfortable using a smartphone, email, Word and Excel to complete basic job reporting.
Working hours
This role requires full-time availability:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am

What the role involves
You may be required to:
- drive a company van to and between job sites
- collect keys from concierge / reception
- unload materials and cleaning equipment
- complete deep cleaning of vacant apartments and houses
- work with a small team in the morning and independently later in the day
- take before-and-after photos
- complete simple move-out reports using Word and Excel
- send reports and updates by email and smartphone
- report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items clearly
- occasionally deliver small items, materials, or keys between sites
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- minimum 2 years’ cleaning experience in residential, end-of-tenancy, hospitality, or commercial cleaning
- full European / EU driving licence
- experience driving on the left-hand side of the road
- Stamp 4 permission or other unrestricted permission to work full-time in Ireland
- good spoken English (minimum intermediate level)
- confidence using:
- smartphone
- email
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- strong attention to detail
- good timekeeping and communication
- ability to work without close supervision
- references available on request
A parking space near your home for the company van is preferred.
Language
Because you will be working closely with an existing team, Portuguese or Spanish is strongly preferred, in addition to good working English.

- This is a full-time PAYE position
- This role is not suitable for subcontractors or self-employed applicants
- We are looking for someone who is already experienced in cleaning and reporting. This is not an entry-level training role
- International driving licences are not accepted for this position, even if accepted elsewhere. A full EU / European licence is required for our insurance purposes
