Sr. Clemens is a Community Playschool in the heart of Gorey. The school was established in 1982 making it the oldest in Gorey. We deliver high quality early years care and education. Our teachers are a group of very competent educators and if you are driven, motivated and have a passion for working with children then we are looking for you to join our team.
We are looking for the right candidate to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:40am to 3:35pm. Sick/holiday cover may also be needed during the year.
- The ideal candidate must have:
- A minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (higher awards are preferable).
- Experience in a childcare role especially in additional needs.
- Experience using Aistear and Siolta in daily practice.
- A clean Garda Vetting Certificate and Police vetting from overseas, if applicable, is essential along with necessary references.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Attention to detail and be reliable as we adhere to strict class ratios.
