The Innovation and Transformation Lead will work collaboratively with Directorates, Management Teams and staff across the Council to identify opportunities for improvement, support the development and testing of new approaches, and embed a culture of innovation and learning within the organisation.The role will focus on enabling and coordinating innovation rather than owning service delivery, working in partnership with departments to address operational challenges, improve processes, and enhance service outcomes.
