We’re looking for an experienced retrofit professional to become a key member of our technical team and help shape the future of the business.
You’ll join a close-knit, ambitious company where your experience, ideas and technical knowledge will genuinely influence how we operate. Rather than becoming one of many surveyors in a large organisation, you’ll work directly with the Managing Director, helping to build the systems, standards and processes that will support our continued expansion across Ireland.

Your Role
- Carry out pre-works technical surveys.
- Complete post-works quality inspections.
- Ensure SEAI technical compliance.
- Manage projects from survey through to completion.
- Support quality assurance across all retrofit works.
- Work closely with installation teams and subcontractors.
- Help develop systems, standards and best practices as the company grows.
Essential Requirements
✔ Experience carrying out pre-works surveys
✔ Experience completing post-work quality inspections
✔ Strong understanding of SEAI technical requirements and compliance
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Full clean driving licence
Desirable
- Construction, engineering or surveying background
- Experience using digital surveying software
- BER qualification advantageous (not essential)
