Area Manager – The CBD Store
Location: Galway (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time (45 hours per week)
The CBD Store is looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of five retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Essential Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Full, clean Irish Driving Licence.
- Previous retail management experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations including travel 2 days per week on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of five retail stores.
- Lead, motivate and support store managers and staff.
- Oversee company-wide stock management and inventory control.
- Carry out regular store inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Keep the company website updated with products and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve in-store issues professionally.
- Report regularly to senior management on store performance and operations.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed across all locations.
