TX RECRUITMENT are currently recruiting on behalf of our client whom are an award winning luxury hotel a Bar Manager to join their management team.
Ideal candidate must have
- Permission to work within the state of Ireland with stamp 4 Visa
- A minimum of 3 year's experience as Bar Manager within a busy Irish 4/5 star hotel
- You must be fluent in English
- You must have excellent communication skills
- Strong passionate enthusiastic Bar Manager with the ability to lead and motivate your team
- Excel in delivering guest experience and customer service
- A strong knowledge of mixology required
- Creative and passionate on up and coming trends in mixology and a strong knowledge of Wine, Spirits and craft beers
- You must be able to work well under pressure
- An understanding of GP's and margins and costings
- Excellent administration skills, including staff rota's, appraisals and reviews
- You will be apart of the Senior Management team and must be able to attend weekly HOD meeting's
- Full driver's licence and own transport (essential)
- Experience in dealing with suppliers
