We're creating a destination for exceptional drinks, genuine Irish hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. We’ve just opened our doors and we're looking for an outstanding full-time bartender to help shape the culture and standards of our newest venue.
This is an opportunity to join a passionate team, where quality, teamwork, and personality matter just as much as technical skill.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has proven experience in a busy cocktail bar, premium bar, or high volume restaurant.
Has excellent spoken English and outstanding communication skills.
Can confidently prepare classic cocktails to a consistently high standard.
Is excited to learn, perfect, and deliver our signature cocktail menu.
Can pour a flawless pint and has a strong knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits.
Thrives in a fast paced service environment and performs well under pressure.
Understands that great hospitality is about people as much as drinks.
Takes pride in their work, supports their teammates, and leads by example.
Brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every shift.
We will only be considering full time availability, that’s long term.
Irish bar experience is an advantage.
