Employment Terms
This role is employed by Ardrar Ltd, which operates under separate terms and conditions to Bord Gáis Energy. Together we’re helping homes, farms and businesses cut costs, reduce emissions, and transition to cleaner energy.
The Role
Ardrar Ltd, trading as Bord Gáis Energy, and part of the Centrica Group, is seeking a
Case Coordinator to support the next phase of transformation as we accelerate our transition to a more sustainable energy future.
What you’ll be doing
As a Case Coordinator, you will engage with customers throughout their energy-transition journey ensuring efficient communication, accurate administration and a positive, solutions focused customer experience. You will work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure each solution is designed to maximise customer value and performance.
You will be responsible for managing the after-care journey while delivering an excellent customer experience in an efficient and timely manne.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Effective verbal and written communication
· Problem-solving and issue resolution
· Managing customer cases from initial enquiry through completion
· Coordinating between customers, installers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation
· Ensuring service-level agreements and timelines are met
· Resolving customer queries and escalating issues when necessary
· Supporting operational and business improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a Case Management role (energy or construction, utilities or home improvement experience is advantageous)
- Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and the transition to net zero
- Proven ability to deliver against KPI’s in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy case load.
- Experience using CRM system.
- Knowledge of the Irish energy market or Solar PV solutions is beneficial but not essential
