What You'll Be Doing
- Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client and business requirements.
- Analyse business processes and translate requirements into practical, scalable Business Central solutions.
- Deliver functional consulting across core Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing and Manufacturing where applicable.
- Support Business Central implementations, upgrades, migrations and system enhancements.
- Work closely with developers and technical consultants to deliver integrated solutions and custom functionality where required.
- Provide end-user training, documentation and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions to minimise business disruption.
- Assist with data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
What You Bring
- Strong experience implementing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent understanding of Business Central functional processes, particularly within Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Purchasing.
- Experience participating in full lifecycle ERP implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data migration, system testing and user training.
- Knowledge of Business Central integrations, extensions or the wider Microsoft ecosystem would be advantageous.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are desirable but not essential.
