A market leading mechanical contractor that works on award-winning projects across Ireland. Seeking to recruit A Mechanical Contracts Manager, Project Managers, & Mechanical Supervisors, where you will will work with a multi-functional team in delivering projects to quality, on time and to budget. The successful candidate will work on a large multi-million euro projects.
Duties:
· Coordinating and planning of resources including labour, materials and subcontractors
· General knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, building services
· Interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
· Manage and drive a team to meet all project requirements and deadlines
· Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
· Report variations and delays to Senior Management
· Prepare relevant reports/sign off documentation
· Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
· Reporting on progress through progress reports/trackers
· Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation
· Ensure Health & Safety compliance by direct staff and subcontractors
· Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety
Requirements:
· A Mechanical Degree or Trade qualification is essential.
· 3+ years' experience with an Irish or UK contractor in a Mechanical Supervisor role.
· Proficient in MS Office and computing skills.
· Ability to work to strict deadlines.
