Job title: Part Time Admin and Operations Assistant (Design Skills a Bonus)
Location: Galway · Part time, flexible hours (around 8 to 15 a week to start, growing with us)
About Tóg Studio
We're a small, ambitious Irish studio. We build brands, websites, apps and AI tools for businesses that want to stand out, and we're growing quickly. We're looking for an organised, dependable person to help keep the studio running smoothly as we grow.
It's an early role with a young company, so you'd have real responsibility, real visibility, and plenty of room to grow with us.
The role
We need an Admin and Operations Assistant to look after the day to day and keep everything organised. It's an admin focused role first and foremost. If you've an eye for design too, even better, but that's a bonus rather than a requirement.
What you'd be doing
- Managing emails, scheduling and general communication
- Keeping clients and projects organised and on track
- Handling admin tasks like invoice follow ups, documents, files and data entry
- Helping prepare and post content on our social channels
- Being the person who keeps things ticking over so the team can focus on the work
What we're looking for
- Strong organisation and a good eye for detail
- Clear, friendly communication
- Someone reliable who can take ownership without being chased
- Comfortable with the everyday tools (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets)
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping a young company grow
A bonus, not a must
A background or interest in graphic design (Figma, Canva, Illustrator, or strong visual skills) is a real plus. You'd help with the odd design and brand task, and there's room to grow that side of the role over time. But get the admin right and we're more than happy.
Why join us
- Flexible hours that can fit around college or other commitments
- Real room to grow. As we scale, so do your hours, your pay and your responsibilities, with a path towards running operations
- Hands on learning across design, tech and business, working closely with the founder
- A genuine stake in it. As the company grows there's the opportunity for equity or a share in the business. When Tóg does well, you do well.
The pay
Starts around €14.15 an hour depending on experience, with regular reviews and clear progression, plus the share opportunity above. We're honest that things start lean while we're young, but we look after the people who grow with us.
How to apply
Send us a short note about yourself and why the role appeals, along with your CV. If you've any design work, feel free to include a link or a few samples, though it's optional. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short paid task so we can see how you work.
We'd love to hear from you.
