Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Analysis: Evaluating market demand to determine the types, standards, and costs of services to be offered.
- Resource Management: Assessing and planning for financial, staffing, material, and other short- and long-term requirements.
- Customer Comfort: Ensuring the physical comfort of residents
- Financial Oversight: Arranging for the timely payment of bills, maintaining accounts, and ensuring adherence to licensing and other statutory regulations.
- Any other jobs required by management.
Other Duties:
1) Ensuring that safety of guests & team members at all times, following fire & health and safety procedures.
2) Welcome & check-in any customers arriving late and check-out customers.
3) To be responsible for the fire and emergency alarm systems.
4) To ensure all night staff are trained in emergency procedures, and their individual departmental procedures.
5) Ensure that all checklists are completed by night porter assistant, before the end of the shift.
6) Ensuring that any queries received overnight are dealt with in accordance with company policy.
7) To manage any late bar requests in accordance with licensing legislation.
8) Perform fire safety checks and overnight security checks.
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
