Monday-Thursday 09:00-05:00, Friday 09:00-04:00(possibility of reduced hours for the right candidate)
The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the organisation, with a primary focus on processing grant-related paperwork. This role requires a highly flexible and proactive individual who is comfortable assisting across multiple departments as priorities change.
Grant Administration
- Handle preparation and submission of SEAI grant-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up for grant processes.
- Liaise with operations and sales teams to ensure all grant deadlines are met.
- Communicate with customers to assist with grant applications and other enquiries.
General Administration
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider teams as needed.
- Support process improvement and administrative efficiency initiatives.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the organisation’s goals.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
