As we enter our 75th year in Castlebar we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Cosmetic Sales Advisor to join our well-established pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate beauty professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while helping clients find the right skincare, cosmetics, and beauty solutions.
As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will work with premium skincare and cosmetic brands in a friendly, supportive, and professional environment where customer care is our priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised beauty consultations.
- Recommend skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products tailored to individual customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, seasonal promotions, and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in cosmetic, skincare, or beauty retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, friendly, and professional approach.
- A proven ability to meet sales targets and build customer loyalty.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and customer care.
- Flexibility to work Monday - Saturday.
Desirable
- Experience working with premium cosmetic or skincare brands.
- Beauty therapy or cosmetics qualifications.
- Experience within a pharmacy or healthcare retail environment.
