Executive Assistant
Hodson Bay Hotel | 20 Hours per Week
Hodson Bay Hotel is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and General Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being highly organised, and likes playing an important part in supporting a busy leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director and General Manager.
Help manage diaries, meetings, emails and follow-up actions.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes and key documents.
Be a welcoming and professional point of contact for colleagues and external contacts.
Participate in and coordinate business projects, providing administrative support across areas such as health & safety, health & wellness, team engagement and short-term operational initiatives.
Undertake additional administrative duties as required and provide support across the wider site or business function when needed.
Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, administration or coordination role.
Experience supporting senior leaders or managing busy schedules would be helpful.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience in hospitality, healthcare or a customer-focused environment would be an advantage.
