MotorCorp is a growing, customer-focused motor dealership based in Dublin, and we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our aftersales team.
This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone with motor industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and booking in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repairs
- Advising customers on service requirements, costs, and timelines
- Creating job cards and maintaining accurate workshop documentation
- Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers
- Managing customer communication throughout the repair process
- Handling invoices, warranty claims, and service administration
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role within a motor dealership / automotive environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, professional, and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
