Key Responsibilties & Duties:
- Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
- Ability to communicate with the Kitchen Managers, Chefs and Front of House Management and Staff
- Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
- Maintain clean and hygienic shut down of kitchen, washing floors, cleaning, sinks, machines, etc
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential
- Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Thorough attention to detail, excellent time Management skills
