We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Floor Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow and develop within a well-established and dynamic organisation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and responsibility for all warehousing and logistics operations within the department
- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse activities, including:
- Goods intake
- Order picking and dispatch
- Customer deliveries
- Warehouse organisation and merchandising
- Stock control and related tasks
- Lead, manage, and monitor team performance to achieve productivity targets, while providing training and ongoing support
- Maintain and utilise stock control systems, including:
- Generating and analysing reports
- Monitoring stock movement and turnover
- Conducting regular stocktakes
- Assessing storage capacity and optimising warehouse space
- Implementing effective replenishment processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, processes, and procedures to maximise efficiency
- Ensure all processes are clearly understood and consistently followed, with a strong focus on meeting customer requirements accurately and efficiently
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and driven logistics professional with strong experience in warehousing, logistics, and planning. They will bring proven supervisory experience and the ability to lead and develop a team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in warehousing, logistics, and planning
- Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a team
- Valid Forklift and Manual Handling certifications (essential)
- Reach Truck certification (desirable, but not essential)
Pay: €32,000.00 per year
