Carroll Joinery Manufacturing Limited is looking for a full-time Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production operations.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to breakdowns, and supports the installation of new machinery. Works closely with production teams to minimize downtime, improve performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Candidates must have at least 3 years’ maintenance worker experience; ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment; ability to work in a team-oriented environment; strong attention to detail. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.
