Onboarding Specialist Job Spec:
Key responsibilities and Duties
· Contact customers before and after service delivery to ensure high level of service was provided.
· Work closely with sales, support, and customer success teams
· Problem-solve issues in a positive and time efficient manner
· Ensure smooth handoff from onboarding to Operations
· Meet deadlines and prioritise duties effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
· Invoicing and Cash Collection
· Escalate technical concerns when necessary
· Troubleshoot onboarding or service-related issues
· Deliver a positive and supportive customer experience
· Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.
Requirements
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Organization and time management
· Ability to work well within and across teams
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution
· Communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong IT and Administrational skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience
· Previous experience with database or system admin an advantage
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
