About the Role
As a Senior Bartender, you’ll play a key role in leading the bar team during service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. This is a hands-on role in a busy, high-volume venue where attention to detail, speed, and personality are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar high-volume bar or city centre venue
- Strong, up-to-date cocktail knowledge (classics, contemporary serves, and premium spirits)
- Confidence managing a busy bar section during peak service
- Experience training and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Leading shifts and supporting the Bar Manager in daily operations
- Maintaining consistency, presentation, and service standards
- Managing stock levels, prep lists, and bar organisation
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience every shift
