To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full-time Multi-site Facilities Manager to join our team primarily based in Cork
Note: This is a multi-site role covering five sites right throughout Ireland
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00
**18-month Fixed-term Contract**
Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture

Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning

Budgeting, invoicing, and H&S responsibility for all sites under their management

Implement strategic goals, KPIs, and objectives

Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions, and close them on time

Resolve issues promptly to support operations
-
Oversee site procedures, non-conformances, and corrective actions
-
Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance
-
Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirements

Manage shift patterns, holiday cover, and overtime
-
Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement
-
Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service
-
Ad hoc duties as requested by the line manager
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment

Strong financial, systems, and process understanding
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
-
Excellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, and project
-
Suitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issues
-
Strong communication and customer service focus
-
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
