Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the menu.
- Create and develop dishes weekly from locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, implement food safety and sanitation systems.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring smooth operations during service.
- Support in the training and supervision of kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation.
- Extra duties: Ordering, HACCP, menu planning, events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, with specific experience in modern European cuisine preferred.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when necessary.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
