Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Experienced nurse looking for a 9-to-5 role?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who wants to move away from shift work while still using their clinical knowledge in a meaningful senior role.
As Quality, Governance & Compliance Manager, you will help ensure services are safe, compliant, well-led and operating in line with HIQA standards.
You will work closely with senior management and service leaders to improve quality, strengthen governance, support audits, manage risk and prepare services for regulatory inspections.

What you will be doing
- Leading policy development and review
- Supporting HIQA compliance and regulatory readiness
- Carrying out audits and quality reviews
- Managing risk registers and quality improvement actions
- Reviewing incidents, complaints and non-compliance issues
- Preparing quality and governance reports
- Supporting managers and staff to maintain high standards of care
What we are looking for
- Nursing qualification
- Current professional registration with the NMBI
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality, governance, compliance or clinical management
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Irish healthcare regulations
- Experience with audits, policy development and quality improvement
- Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills
Experience in home care, community care or healthcare services would be an advantage.
