Roles, Duties and Responsibility
You will work as an office administrator in our Field Testing Service.
Your duties will be as follows:
Adhering to documented procedures for all aspects of work, ensuring that all relevant information concerning samples & field work is recorded and handled correctly, and that all necessary records and quality data are maintained.
You will need to do significant amounts of data transcription work such as transferring data from customer forms and laboratory forms into system for report generation.
You will prepare, issue and track invoices ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Process and file consignment receipts and related paperwork.
Assist in the preparation, review and maintenance of Risk Assessments and related safety documentation.
Manage site bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate recording of dates, times and requirements.
Liaising with clients and others in a polite and detailed manner to achieve shared outcomes and goals.
Adhering to quality management standards of the laboratory.
Other administrative work as required.
Other Aspects to the work
Excellent computer skills required to ensure fast entry of data while minimising errors.
