Post Summary: The Enquiries Officer will play a central role within the Enquiries Office, serving as a key point of contact for the College community and the public. The postholder will manage a broad range of internal and external enquiries, support the coordination of non-timetabled activities and events, and facilitate room bookings across campus in line with College policies and values.
The role requires progression of enquiries through appropriate College stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and policy-compliant outcomes. The Enquiries Officer will also support the oversight of event related documentation, including health and safety compliance, and provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Enquiries function.
This is a varied and challenging role, within a busy service environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a pressurised setting.
Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€34,363 - €52,754 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
