This is a Newly renovated project formerly known as The Cross Guns Gastropub.
We will have a beautifully designed restaurant, bar snug, pizza Kitchen & function venue located just off the new greenway in north meath 15 mins from Navan.
The owners have been in the hospitality industry for over 28 years & are committed to developing this project long term. Therefore we require a committed individual who is organised, goal oriented, responsible, dynamic , driven & of happy disposition.
leadership, motivation & negotiation skills a necessity.
Understanding team dynamics & how to nurture a team environment.
Passion for creating rustic, solid food with a focus on seasonal & local produce.
Clear knowledge of financial workings within a kitchen - GP & target focused.
Practical, hands on, Organised, Capable & diligent in daily operations.
Proven track record & proof of consistency in previous positions held.
Available for weekend work - please note work life balance is our priority!
