Role Overview
We are currently seeking a detail orientated, client focused administrator to join our Broker Support team. The role will sit at the very centre of our operations, working closely with our team of experience Administrators and Financial Advisors to provide the best results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and checking of new client files for Financial Advisor in advance of meetings.
- Ensure files are accurate, complete and compliant with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Attend client meetings as admin support for Financial Advisor.
- Run quotes for advisors/clients when required.
- Take meeting notes and distribute detailed file notes to administration team post meeting.
- Follow up with client on any outstanding documents.
- Update and maintain records on CRM as required.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience in a financial services or insurance company or another regulated environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, report writing and communication skills.
- Willing to build and understanding of life & pension products available on the Irish market.
