Role Overview
We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Years Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the development and well-being of children in line with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Observe and record children’s progress and development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and policies
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 6 or higher desirable)
- Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for working with young children
- Garda Vetting required
- First Aid and Manual Handling training desirable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
